A Confident You: A Teen’s Healthy Diet and Exercise Journal is a 5-week journal. It begins and ends with thorough body measurements. Write realistic short and long-term goals and assess your progress weekly. Track weight loss, mood, and sleep patterns. Become aware of what and how you eat with the daily food journal, which allows you to track carbs, proteins, calories, and points. All movement is important. Record your cardio activity on treadmill, bicycle, or elliptical. There are sections for stretching, aerobics, dance, Yoga and Tai chi. If you are working on strength for endurance with bands or weights, you will find a section for reps and sets. Remember!
